Asset Management administers the CA Immo Deutschland portfolio and manages the company's sales activities. Its responsibilities also include purchasing attractive portfolios for Vivico to integrate into its own value chain. In some cases, CA Immo Deutschland will handle third-party transactions - i.e., real estate services on behalf of business partners.
