The first milestone in the Europaviertel

With the Mövenpick Hotel Frankfurt City CA Immo Deutschland realised the first building in the Europaviertel. The 4-star-business-hotel located in the direct vicinity to the Frankfurt Trade Fair opened its doors at the beginning of June 2006. It was handed over to Mövenpick turnkey right in time for the 2006 Football World Cup. The company Apcoa Autoparking GmbH will handle the operation of the parking garage.

The seven-storey hotel has two hundred and eighty-eight guest rooms as well as a conference room and fitness area. The restaurant is located on the ground floor and invites guests and visitors. The warm red of the building designed by ABB Architekten, Frankfurt harmoniously matches its undulating façade, integrating seamlessly into the ensemble of the other projects planned for the Europaviertel. The sale to the Union Investment Real Estate AG marks the successful completion of this development project.
