Meininger Hotel, Frankfurt/M.

The Meininger 2-star-plus-hotel in Frankfurt has been erected on Europa-Allee 64 in the Europaviertel in the immediate vicinity of the Torhaus trade fair entrance. It expands the existing and planned offering in Frankfurt's growing urban quarter by a further hotel for international business travellers and young travellers. It is the first hotel operated by the group in Frankfurt but already - after the Mövenpick 4-star-hotel - the second hotel in Frankfurt's Europaviertel. The architect's design was drawn up by the internationally renowned office nps tchoban voss, Hamburg.

CA Immo Deutschland has handed over the turnkey hotel to the Meininger Group in spring 2010. The hotel boasts a gross floor space of approx. 4,300 sqm on eight floors and encompasses 164 rooms.
