Taking Munich to the park

In a central location, close to Munich‘s central railway station, CA Immo Deutschland has been developing the new residential district of Arnulfpark®. Built on the site of a former container rail depot, Arnulfpark® is a 45-acre prime commercial and residential development. Around 1,000 apartments and 4,500 jobs are expected to be created here. All building sites that are not realized by CA Immo Deutschland are already marketed. CA Immo Deutschland constructed the office building SKYGARDEN (approx. 32,800 m² gross floor space).
