Europaviertel - in the centre of Frankfurt, in the centre of the action

This exciting new district is currently being constructed on the site of the former goods station and railway shunting yard right in the centre of Frankfurt. Europaviertel (European Quarter) is one of the most important development projects in the Rhein-Main capital. Moevenpick Hotel Frankfurt City was the first building to be completed by CA Immo Deutschland in the Europaviertel.The road leading along the Boulevard was completed in summer 2006. Currently the eleven adjacent building sites are developed.

Located between the exhibition grounds and the banking district, Europaviertel attractively links the city centre and its green belt in a very natural way. With its modern mix of residential, office, gastronomy, shopping and entertainment areas, Europaviertel gives its local employees and inhabitants as well as national and international investors fascinating perspectives.

CA Immo Deutschland's developments are found mainly in the eastern area of the new district, close to the city centre. The unique quality of Europaviertel is achieved by combining diverse urban and landscaping features: in the east, a new ensemble of towers bordering on the existing bank district, the Skyline Plaza with its convention facilities and shopping area, and the Europa-Allee with its eleven building sites. To the west will be the Europagarten, a "breathing space" for the residential areas of the Europaviertel.

The Europa-Allee is completed since summer 2006 and reveals the potential of the whole development. The Europa-Allee itself is 60 metres wide, two thirds of which walkways and green areas creating a large, unique promenade in Frankfurt.

Double rows of trees, attractive street lamps and benches invite passers-by to stroll and relax there. Once construction is finished, the Europa-Allee will present itself as a classic metropolitan boulevard as found in other big European cities. With the expansion of the Europa-Allee and the development of the adjacent spaces, CA Immo Deutschland sets the stage for the continuing development and growth of the Europaviertel.
