New inner-city district in Munich Laim

The area by Landsberger Strasse, between the Laimer Unterfuehrung and Friedenheimer Bruecke, will undergo urban enhancement as a result of the project. For office and commercial premises, a total of approx. 70,000 square metres (750,000 square feet) of gross floor space is planned.

The first step for the development of the new city district was the building of the office complex "Laim290". With its completion in 2008 the building has been sold to Union Investment Real Estate.
