A new neighbourhood for the Schlosspark (Palace Garden)

Between the Nymphenburger Schlosspark and Laim S-Bahn Station, in cooperation with the city, Ca Immo Deutschland develops a new, exceptionally high-standard inner-city quarter for Munich.

The area, covering c. 45 hectares (110 acres), has been converted into an attractive inner-city quarter with comfortable apartments and superbly-equipped office and commercial premises.

1,200 apartments have been created on Wotanstrasse and west of the Schlosspark. Approx. 60,000 square metres (650,000 square feet) gross floor area is planned for office and commercial premises. There will also be a new school, kindergartens, service facilities, cafés and restaurants and a new sports centre. The existing leisure areas and facilities will be integrated into the multi-faceted new quarter.
