We work as a company with streamlined structures. We cover all tasks relevant to added value using our own departments and staff. For activities extending beyond this scope, we use specific and carefully-selected service providers. Thus, our cost structure is able to adjust flexibly to the changing capacity usage which is typical of the project business.
In the property business, detailed knowledge of the local market is crucial to success. This applies both to property management and the development of new projects. A vital factor in success – apart from convincing offers and development concepts – is geographical proximity to decision-makers in business and politics.
Since the company – in line with business processes – is divided into a Head Office (Frankfurt/Main) and Offices in Germany's economic centres (Berlin, Frankfurt/Main, Cologne and Munich), the organisation meets the requirements both of local presence and comprehensive steering and support. Each Office acts as a profit centre and conducts its projects largely on its own authority, with the business sectors of project development, construction management, marketing and property management covering the entire value added chain. The service areas operate both at Head Office and in situ at our Offices.
