omniCon Gesellschaft für innovatives Bauen mbH

omniCon is a company that specialises in the management of planning and construction services of between 10 and 500 million euros. Projects such as the expansion of the Deutsche Bank tower in Frankfurt, new clean rooms for BASF and the ALEXA shopping and leisure centre in Berlin were realised under the overall control of omniCon. One of its most recent construction management projects is the construction of the multi-storey building Tower 185 in Frankfurt am Main.

The company was founded in 2001 by Prof. Uwe Frerichs and Harald Hommel, both graduate engineers. It has been a subsidiary of the real estate company Vivico Real Estate GmbH, today's CA Immo Deutschland GmbH, since July 2008.

With its focus on construction management, project management, construction supervision and general planning, omniCon considers itself a "temporary construction department" and employs some 60 staff. As well as project offices, the company has permanent offices in Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Cologne and Munich.
